Due to the nature of Be Frisqué Ltd. products, all sales are final. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 60 days of the purchase invoice date.

Be Frisqué Ltd. will only exchange defective product for the exact same product. Defective products must be accompanied by the original invoice and product return form. No credits will be issued unless the product has been permanently discontinued. Any products that look to be abused will not be accepted for return. Make sure to include the product and any accessories that came with it.
